Join us in Sudeley’s magnificent library for an intimate journey through the history of one of the world’s great instruments, from baroque to jazz and beyond.

Actor, singer and songwriter Madeleine Morrell is classically trained in acting and singing, with a vocal focus in classic Broadway, Jazz, standards, pop and rock. She play multiple instruments, and trained at Shakespeare & Co in Lenox, Massachusetts (US) under the guidance of Tina Packer and Jonathan Epstein. Maddie has written original music for several of their productions, and is honored to have one composition, written for Much Ado about Nothing, still on display at the companies main campus in Lennox, Mass.

Working with Maggie Flanigan led her to the Meisner technique, and has since trained with Ally Sheeedy, Bob Krakower and Wendy McKenna, in addition to casting director intensives and workshops at One on One.

‘Discovered’ in 2017 by writer/performer Mark Douglas, the creator of The Key of Awesome, who hired her to star in their Lorde "Green Light" PARODY which has since accumulated 1.7M views on YouTube. Maddie has been featured in several short films, one as lead actor currently on the festival circuit and has earned me two Best Actress nominations at both Filmquest in Provo, Utah and the Oceanside Film Festival in Los Angeles, CA. Her feature film as a supporting lead is currently in post production.
